BEAUTY TIPS ;-)


On 11th May 2013, GLAMpreneurs had a session with a great speaker specially brought by Hai-O

He is Prof Dr Lim who us actively involved in various fields and also an author of two books.




It was a very fruitful session and we brought lots of beauty tips back home ;-)

One of the unforgettable ones is HOW TO SLIM DOWN IN A WEEK???

Wanna know how….?

DRINK 3 LITRES OF WATER A DAY



500 ml - 1 hour after you wake up

500 ml - 1 hour before your lunch

500 ml - 1 hour before your dinner

500 ml - 1 hour before you sleep

1 l - in between of the above

Eat as Usual and don't skip your meal!

SIMPLE KAN?

I have tried and amazingly I have lost 1 kg in 2 weeks time…

Try it and you'll be happy with the results :-)

2nd tip would be taking meal according to your own biological clock..eat only when you feel hungry :-)


3rd tip:

Wear Premium Beautiful Corset during daytime



AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST

Sleep Well at Night :-)


Some tips to have a good sleep:

alkaline our body with 100mg Cal 

or

drink GARAM BULUH
